$150 per 60-minute Individual Psychotherapy session
$190 per 90-minute Nutritional Assessment
$70 per 30-minute Nutrition Counseling
Insurance
Services may be covered in whole or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will be happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance or your flexible spending account. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged the total cost of the session; if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance.
